You may have noticed a new face working around town for the Village of Stratton. We have hired a new Utilities Superintendent, Justin McCorkle, to take over for Mike Petersen when he retires (again). We have been so grateful to Mike for stepping up and filling in while we searched for the best candidate to fill the position. We have been working hard at our Village park and pool this season. Thank you to everyone who has had a part in this! We have had countless hours of volunteer time from community members to help with clean up, installation of equipment, painting and fundraising. TREE/ GRASS DUMPING AREAS You must check out a key for the tree limb or grass dump from the Village Office during normal office hours. The Village of Stratton is beginning the process to work with property owners in attempt to clean up properties that are in violation of Village nuisance ordinances.
